How Sacred Patterns Prepare You for Higher Frequencies

Before I ever met Dr. Robert Gilbert, I felt his work.

I discovered his Gaia TV series, The Spiritual Science of Sacred Geometry, and watched it repeatedly. Not just for the information — for the frequency. There was something in the way he delivered it: ancient and precise, mystical yet surgical. It bypassed the intellect and spoke straight to something remembered.

At the time, I had no idea how close his teachings would become. Months later, a friend who had just started working with him asked if John and I would like to meet. Of course we said yes.

Not long after, we were in his home in Las Vegas — immersed in sacred conversations, light body practices, and hours of soul-level exchange. Months later, we returned a second time, feeling the threads of what I knew would become a lifelong friendship and mentorship.

Then, unexpectedly, he passed.

It shook us. But in some strange, coherent way — it made sense. He had given so much. Built so much. Activated so much. His work wasn’t incomplete — it was encoded. And those of us tuned in to it could carry it forward.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Dr. Gilbert probably felt he had done what he could here in this incarnation. It was time, perhaps, to take a brief sabbatical from the physical world before returning into the next timeline, in a new avatar, to do even more.

Because Dr. Gilbert wasn’t just a teacher of geometry. He was a translator of harmony.

Sacred Geometry Isn’t Aesthetic. It’s Structural.

To most, sacred geometry is symbolic — the Flower of Life, a Metatron’s Cube pendant, a spiral drawn on the wall. But Gilbert made it undeniably clear: sacred geometry isn’t something you look at. It’s something you live inside.

He taught that geometry is not art — it’s architecture. The language creation speaks through. Everything from the angles of a temple to the placement of a chair affects energetic flow. Geometry, when consciously applied, becomes a tuning fork.

Heavily influenced by Dr. Ibrahim Karim’s BioGeometry, Gilbert showed that shape affects frequency, and frequency affects form. That a square room creates a different resonance than a hexagonal one. That color and proportion aren’t subjective — they’re vibrational.

In his words: “Structure informs energy. Energy informs consciousness.”

Your body follows sacred geometric laws. The human skeletal system reflects golden ratio principles. Chakras align vertically through the central column, like harmonic notes in a vertical scale. When geometry is distorted, so is energy. When geometry is tuned, energy flows. Coherently.

Coherence is the Container for Higher Frequency

One of Gilbert’s most critical teachings was this: high-vibrational energy does not enter chaos. It requires structure — coherence — to land.

This is both spiritual and physiological. Systems like HeartMath have demonstrated that a coherent heart rhythm enhances intuition, healing, and even electromagnetic signal strength. Gilbert brought the esoteric and the scientific together with uncanny precision.

Want to evolve? Don’t chase ascension. Create conditions.

He showed us that building energetic coherence begins with:

  • Spatial design (based on vibrational resonance, not just feng shui)

  • Breath practice (structured, rhythmic, activating)

  • Intention clarified through language and geometry

  • Light-body alignment (through tone, visualization of the symbols and stillness)

Incoherence repels energy. Coherence attracts and holds it.

Your Life is a Temple. Treat It That Way.

Gilbert didn’t teach in riddles. He taught with diagrams. Slides. Models. Practical tools. He showed us how ancient temples were vibrational machines, with every angle, corridor, and material designed to influence the subtle body.

And he reminded me: I am a temple too.

Everything I place in my home, the direction my bed faces, the curve of my spine when meditating — it matters. Not in a superstitious way. In a resonant way.

And everything I say, do, and allow affects my field geometry. Not metaphorically. Energetically.

Sacred geometry isn’t about drawing perfect shapes. It’s about living in a way that aligns with the harmonic principles that govern the universe.

When my field is geometrically aligned, light flows in, ideas arrive through pact thought forms, healing accelerates and intuition strengthens. This is not mysticism — it’s harmonics.

The Light Body: Memory, Mission, and Multidimensional Design

One of the most advanced — and accessible — teachings Gilbert shared was around the light body and its function.

He viewed the light body as a geometric structure — a subtle architecture — composed of interlaced energy centers, vibrational axes, and toroidal fields. When developed through sacred pattern, stillness, breath, and awareness, it becomes not just a receiver of light, but a transmitter.

The Merkaba isn’t just a symbol, it’s a map, an operating system and door to other realms; where every soul carries its own unique signature within it, in order to optimize the human experience, with its accompanying mission and purpose.

Gilbert taught that developing the light body wasn’t a bonus. It was the whole point of spiritual practice. Because only through a structured, coherent light field can we receive, store, and integrate higher information.

The Real Teaching? It’s in the Pattern.

Dr. Gilbert wasn’t selling a philosophy. He was revealing a design.

His Gaia TV series remains one of the most important discussions of sacred geometry as applied science. His interviews — especially in his final year — reveal not just a man full of knowledge, but a soul in service.

What he left us with wasn’t a dogma. It was a gift of coherence through practical application.

And if you tune to that coherence — through how you breathe, move, build, speak, think, design, and pray — the teaching continues.

Because frequency doesn’t die. It echoes.

And coherence isn’t a belief. It’s a choice.

My Personal Experience of Robert Gilbert as My Friend

Dr. Robert Gilbert at his home in Las Vegas with John & Rachelle Moyer

Robert was one of the most brilliant, knowledgeable and intellectually balanced people I have ever known. He imparted his wisdom and light body activation rituals to us like a Master, and then played, laughed, joked and teased like the free spirit and kid-at-heart that he was.

Robert was patient in explaining things, generous with his time, talents and money, and was always open to having a lot of fun. As advanced as he was, he never took himself too seriously. He had a wall of crazy hats that adorned the entryway of his home, he could sling a water gun like nobody’s business and when he liked how things were going, he would always exclaim, “YAY!”

I’m going to miss the conversations we would have about his latest interview, and I loved to kid him that he sounded like a spiritual Barry White. Most of all, I will miss seeing that twinkle in his eye, his beautiful smile and infectious laugh.

I love you and miss you, Robert. I’m sure you’re onto some grand adventure, and I thank you for all you taught me and encouraged me to do while you were here. Your spirit, kindness and teachings live on within us all.
